I always have fast service and mostly hot food here. I do wish they were better about hot, fresh fries. Their fries are very gross when soggy and lukewarm but delicious when hot. Nevertheless, the order is always accurate and I don't have to wait in line for 1000 years.
Never had a bad experience here. The employees are always super nice and professional. They repeat your order back to you to make sure it's correct. It doesn't take long at all to prepare and the drive thru is really convenient having two different options. Either LJS or KFC.
This review should be shared with the KFC review, since they restaurants are combined and you see the same employees. I've never had a problem at this location and I've always dealt with a steady stream of good workers. There is a gentleman there that I see often, mostly through the drive-through, that takes excellent care of me. I think he's the shift or unit manager, but he's extremely courteous and fun to talk to. Always makes for a good visit. They still get 4 stars, even though I don't buy much beyond the fish fillets, but I love the flavor! They're pretty good about cooking them so they're hot and crispy. The hush puppies are prepared well, 90% of the time, but that's not their selling point anyway, in my opinion. They also do a decent job on the fries, so when I get a side item, I tend to choose the LJS fries over the KFC potato skins. They also do an excellent job of keeping the interior clean, which says a lot about their team.
